Mini CD-R Duplication

Try something new.  The fun size of the Mini CD-Rs gives you a high capacity and uniquely shaped disc.

We offer two methods of label printing for the Mini CD-R.    The first method which is best for short run Mini Discs is color laser printing on a paper label.  The second method which offers a higher quality printing solution is silk screen printing directly to the Mini CD-R surface. 

A Mini CD-R has the capacity of 180MB of data or approximately 20 minutes of music.

Mini CD-R Pricing
You supply a pre-mastered CD-R original and electronic files for the color laser printed label.
Discs are spindle wrapped.  Plastic Sleeves are included.

*Add $30 setup for each unique master.
Additional graphic design if required is $60 / hour.

Which printing method is best for my project?

The best printing method for your project will depend on three factors;  the quantity required, how the discs will be packaged, and the number of ink colors used in the printing.  For smaller quantities, ink jet printing to the surface of the disc or color laser printing to a paper label will be the most economical printing method in smaller quantities.  Silk screen printing is the least expensive printing process in larger quantities. 

Other factors to consider are the look and durability of the discs.  Silk screen printing is the most durable printing method and gives a CD-R disc the appearance of a replicated compact disc.
